By accessing or using the JNAIJA platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including members of the Imo State Digital Talent Community.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the Content you submit. By posting Content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post the Content and that it does not violate any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

• Submitting false or misleading information in your profile or contest entries

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
